No, NAMF Islamic Academy does not teach the Ontario Sex education curriculum. All NAMF Islamic Academy students learn about health and physical education within Islamic guidelines.
Yes, NAMF Islamic Academy’s after school program runs from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The cost for this is $5/day or $100/month.
Female and Male students sit on the opposite side of the classroom. They are taught to listen and communicate with respect, and interact within Islamic boundaries throughout the school day.
Yes, all teachers employed at NAMF Islamic Academy must have their education from a recognized Canadian Universities as well as OTC certified.
NAMF Islamic Academy has a classroom ratio of 1:20.
NAMF Islamic Academy has been successfully providing quality education for the past 11 years and opened in September 2004.
No, we do not currently have a hifz program but our Quran class includes a tajweed component, as well as frequent Quran recitation and Islamic Studies.
NAMF Islamic Academy is registered with the ministry of education and its BSID number is 667390.
