1. What is the NAMF Islamic Academy Uniform?

2. Does NAMF Islamic Academy offer bus service?
Yes, for specific locations please contact the office at (416) 299-1969.
3. Does NAMF Islamic Academy teach the new Ontario Sex education curriculum?
No, NAMF Islamic Academy does not teach the Ontario Sex education curriculum. All NAMF Islamic Academy students learn about health and physical education within Islamic guidelines.
4. Do you offer an after-school program?
Yes, NAMF Islamic Academy’s after school program runs from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The cost for this is $5/day or $100/month.
5. How do female and male students interact within the classroom/school?
Female and Male students sit on the opposite side of the classroom. They are taught to listen and communicate with respect, and interact within Islamic boundaries throughout the school day.
6. Are all of your teachers Canadian qualified?
Yes, all teachers employed at NAMF Islamic Academy must have their education from a recognized Canadian Universities as well as OTC certified.
7. What is the classroom ratio?
NAMF Islamic Academy has a classroom ratio of 1:20.
8. How long has NAMF Islamic Academy been open?
NAMF Islamic Academy has been successfully providing quality education for the past 11 years and opened in September 2004.
9. Do you have a hifz program?
No, we do not currently have a hifz program but our Quran class includes a tajweed component, as well as frequent Quran recitation and Islamic Studies.
10. What is NAMF Islamic Academy’s BSID(Board School Identification Number)?
NAMF Islamic Academy is registered with the ministry of education and its BSID number is 667390.
