Muslim Senior Housing

The North American Muslim Foundation (NAMF) is developing the Muslim Seniors Housing Project, a dedicated residential community designed to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming living environment for Muslim seniors. The project aims to promote independence, dignity, and a strong sense of belonging by creating a space where seniors can age comfortably while remaining connected to their faith, culture, and community.

The residential development will feature thoughtfully designed apartment units and supportive amenities that address the unique needs of seniors, including spaces that encourage social interaction, wellness, accessibility, and community engagement. Residents will have access to essential services and programs that support their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being, allowing them to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle. These amenities will include a dining hall, healthcare services, pharmacy, dental office, hair salon, halal grocery store, funeral services, a laundry room, a fitness room, a swimming pool, community gathering spaces, a rooftop garden, 300 underground parking spaces, and 100 bicycle stands.

Integrated with the New Masjid & Housing Project, the Muslim Seniors Housing community will provide opportunities for intergenerational connection, meaningful relationships, and continued participation in community life. By bringing together housing, services, and shared spaces, the project will create an environment where seniors can live with comfort, security, and dignity while remaining an important part of the wider community.
